At KCCR our priority is our clients. Our goal as a company is to make the customer experience as straightforward and worry-free. When needing roofing services, we understand how stressful and time-consuming this can be and the changes we have made will make it an easier process for you.

First, we took a serious look at our brand and if it relayed our company values to our clients in a clear way. We recognized that we could do better and made the choice to act. Our goal is to be very clear who we are as a company and what services we offer. The visual rebranding process has greatly improved our message to our clients and now offers a clear representation of our company and what clients can expect from us.

Second, we identified that there was some confusion about who we are as a company and what services we provide. Our new DBA, Kansas City Commercial Roofing, illustrates exactly what our company does, and our new website will provide more information for new and current clients. Our services are now clear and detailed for anyone interested in learning what services we offer.

Third, our company is growing, and we needed to make changes to our customer service processes to better serve you. Some current clients may recognize that we have a new phone number. This is an exciting change that we believe will greatly increase the customer experience.
