The prior roof system, side panels, guttering, and downspouts were over 50+ years old and deteriorated. The roofing system leaked in multiple areas after numerous repairs were completed before KCCR inspected the roofing system. The prior roof system was deemed beyond repair and a total replacement was the only solution to stop all leaks.
Total roof replacement using 24-gauge "R" panel in Polar White. Replacement of some "Z" Purlin side panels that were damaged or showed deterioration. Installation of metal support brackets around existing water tank. Replacement of the guttering system and downspouts. Installation of 10 exhaust fans and RTU curbs.
Besides the enhanced visual appeal, our customer is enjoying the 40-year spec roof system that no longer leaks and remains water-tight. The roof system is under warranty with KCCR and the customer does not worry about any issues with leaking or further deterioration. With proper maintenance, our customer can be confident in the integrity of the building's roof system for many decades to come.
