First, we took a serious look at our brand and if it relayed our company values to our clients in a clear way. We recognized that we could do better and made the choice to act. Our new DBA, Kansas City Commercial Roofing, illustrates exactly what our company does, and our new website will provide more information for new and current clients. Third, our company is growing, and we needed to make changes to our customer service processes to better serve you. Some current clients may recognize that we have a new phone number.
